Ordering and Cancellation Policy
Wicker Imports On Line is the on line store of Wicker Imports of Lancaster. We are a brick and mortar store and encourage you to stop in so you can see the quality of our furniture and feel the comfort and superiority of our cushions.
You will receive a receipt after your order is placed, please check it carefully for accuracy and report any changes within 48 hours. Any orders changed or canceled after the order is put into production (after the fabric is cut) is subject to a 25% restocking fee.
We offer three delivery options for your order.
Most orders without cushion will ship within 2 weeks, allow 4 to 6 weeks for all furniture with cushions, since they are made especially for you. In the rare instance that we encounter a back order we will call you to offer you a alternate choice or refund. Please call 717-560-6325 if you have any questions about availability of a specific product or fabric.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover cards. You can safely enter your credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all information. We also accept checks, please make them payable to Wicker Imports and mail it to 1766 Oregon Pike, Lancaster PA 17601.
Items shipped to PA and NJ resident are subject to sales tax. Orders to other states are tax free.
Delivery and Pickup Options.Local Deliveries
We offer free shipping on all orders of 1000.00 or more. If you choose to have your furniture shipped it will ship directly from the manufacturer to you. We offer delivery only to the lower 48 states. All oversize furniture will be shipped via common carrier. Standard delivery includes delivery to your curb, it does not include unpacking or placement inside your home. Truck delivery shipments requires our customer to be home to sign for the shipment. Notify us immediately if there is visible damage. Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. When your order arrives, be sure to inspect it to be sure you received the right products and they were not damaged in transit. If you notice damage, note it on the delivery receipt and notify the driver before you sign for it. Call us a at 717-560-6325 as soon as you can to report the damage or discrepancy. In the rare case of concealed damage, please call us within 5 days of delivery and we will be happy to address the situation. We will pay for return shipping and ship out a replacement at no charge on all damages. In the case of the wrong product shipped, please call us immediately and we will pay for return shipping and replace the incorrect product.
All smaller items, replacement cushions and covers will be sent UPS or FEDEX. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas, areas not accessible for delivery vehicles, and other areas defined by the carrier.
