Ordering and Cancellation Policy
You will receive a receipt after your order is placed. Please check it carefully for accuracy and report any changes within 24 hours. Any orders changed or canceled after the order is put into production (after the fabric is cut) is subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Cushions usually ship in 2 to 4 weeks. During our peak season from April to July, shipping times can be as long as 6 weeks. Please order early to avoid the rush. You can get them faster by using our express production option, typically cutting the production time in half. In the rare instance that we encounter a back order, we will call you to offer an alternate choice or refund. Please call 717-863-9622 if you have any questions about availability of a specific product or fabric.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards. You can safely enter your credit card information via our secure server, which encrypts all information. If you prefer to pay by check, please make them payable to Cushions by Wicker Imports and mail it to 1780 Clay Rd. Ephrata, PA 17522.
Items shipped to PA residents are subject to sales tax. Orders to other states are tax free.
We offer free shipping on all orders! Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. When your order arrives, be sure to inspect it to be sure you received the right products and they were not damaged in transit. In the rare case of concealed damage, please call us within 5 days of delivery and we will be happy to address the situation. We will pay for return shipping and ship out a replacement at no charge on all damages. In case the wrong product shipped, please call us immediately and we will pay for return shipping and replace the incorrect product. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. Cushions will be shipped via UPS.
