Frequently Asked Questions

When will I receive my furniture order?

Most furniture orders with cushions ship out in 4 weeks after we receive the order. Orders without cushions usually ship out in 2 weeks.

When will I receive my cushion order?

Cushions usually ship in 3 to 4 weeks. During our peak season from April through July shipping times can be as long as 6 to 8 weeks, please order early to avoid the rush. You can get them faster by using our express production option.

How will my order be shipped?

Most furniture items will ship common carrier, and will be delivered to your curbside. Cushions and smaller item will be shipped FEDEX or UPS and be delivered to your doorstep.

Are there any delivery charges?

Standard delivery is free on all cushion orders and furniture orders of 1000.00 or more. Sometimes there are extra charges for Special deliveries (including inside delivery, deliveries to remote locations, gated communities, and high rises). We will notify you of those extra fees when your order is ready to ship.

We also offer "white glove" delivery to areas within 100 miles of our store for a nominal fee.

Is there sales tax on my order?

We do not charge sales tax in states where we do not have a presence, All orders to PA and NJ customers are subject to the current tax rate.

What if me order arrives damaged?

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. When your order arrives, be sure to inspect it to be sure you received the right products and they were not damaged in transit. If you notice damage, note it on the delivery receipt and notify the driver before you sign for it. Call us at 717-560-6325 as soon as you can to report the damage or discrepancy. In the rare case of concealed damage, please call us within 5 days of delivery and we will be happy to address the situation.

What if I receive the wrong item?

In the case of the wrong product shipped, please call us immediately and we will pay for return shipping and replace the incorrect product.

Are the cushions waterproof?

Although we use a drain through foam on some of our cushions, they are not waterproof. Outdoor fabrics do repel water but water can leak through the seams. This make them suitable for covered areas. For uncovered areas the cushions should be brought out of the weather or the furniture should be covered when not in use. This will extend the life of the cushions and the furniture. If they do get soaking wet, place them with their zippers down in a sunny local to drain the water.

Why are there different prices for different fabrics?

Wicker Imports offers one of the widest selections of fabrics on the market today. We make our own premium cushions that are far superior to standard cushions. We offer spun poly fabrics that pigment printed and Sunbrella fabrics that are solution dyed.

What if I order the wrong size cushions?

All cushions are made to order and are not returnable. Please double check your furniture measurements with the sizes listed on our product pages. All cushions are not the same.

What if I don't like the fabric?

Again, all cushions are custom made and are not returnable. We offer nicely sized fabric samples for free. You can order them here
